Job Description:
- Recruitment: Manage hiring, induction, and safety training for technical and non-technical staff.
- Compliance & Payroll: Ensure adherence to labor laws and manage attendance/payroll.
- Industrial Relations: Handle union relations, grievances, and maintain shop floor discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing or heavy engineering.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HRIS systems.
