Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company career pages
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
  • Negotiate job offers and manage onboarding process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
