Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company career pages
- Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
- Negotiate job offers and manage onboarding process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
