Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth joining process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters (if applicable)
- Ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and hiring targets
- Team handling
