Job Title: Customer Experience Manager (CXM) – Automobile Showroom
Location: Patna (or as applicable)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Experience: 1–3 Years (Customer Handling / Showroom / Hospitality)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) to ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers visiting the automobile showroom. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing queries, and supporting the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Manage customer flow and ensure a pleasant showroom experience
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling
- Maintain customer records and follow-up data
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and discipline in the showroom
- Support test drive coordination and customer engagement activities
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer handling or showroom roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM tools)
- Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in automobile showroom or hospitality industry
- Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
