- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including vouchers, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Oversee cash handling, bank transactions, and daily financial reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, tax filings, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor/customer account balances.
- Supervise billing processes, invoices, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for financial matters.
- Maintain stock-related accounting for jewellery inventory and purchases.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping in Tally/ERP and proper documentation.
- Control expenses, budgeting, and cash flow planning.
- Candidates with retail/jewellery accounting experience preferred.
