Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and professionally presentable individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Club's senior office bearers and committee members. This is a full-time, regular position based at the Nariman Point office.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office documentation including drafting, formatting, and filing of letters, minutes, and circulars.
  • Manage professional email correspondence on behalf of senior office bearers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate logistics for committee meetings and club events.
  • Liaise with internal committee members and external stakeholders in a courteous and organised manner.
  • Maintain physical and digital records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Handle general front-office duties and coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed.

 

Other Details 

Location - Nariman Points 
Work Timing - 10:00 Am - 6:00 PM 
Working Day - Mon - Sat | with 1st and 2nd Sat working 

Qualificat ions & Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Arts, Commerce, or equivalent).
  • 0–1 year of relevant professional experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and correspondence.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with senior members and dignitaries.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Open to candidates of any gender (Male / Female).
