Job Description:

Auto renewable contract based on performance

 

Role Summary:

The Executive is responsible for managing end‑to‑end corporate insurance programs, including group health, group life, and other employee benefit policies. Additionally, this role includes responsibility for administration and ongoing management of the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), ensuring accurate execution, employee support, and coordination with finance and vendors.

Corporate Insurance Profile

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Benefits Administration

  • Manage end‑to‑end administration of employee benefit programs including Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, and Group Personal Accident policies.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of employees into benefit programs and maintain accurate coverage records.

 

Insurance Policy Management

  • Assist in renewal and ongoing servicing of Life and Health insurance policies.
  • Ensure accurate policy issuance, additions, deletions, and mid‑term endorsements.

 

Employee & Customer Support

  • Handle employee queries related to insurance policies, premiums, coverage, and claims.
  • Provide timely responses and effective support to employees.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees, insurers, and service providers.
  • Track claims status, follow up with insurers/TPAs, and ensure timely resolution.

 

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare regular MIS reports related to policies, claims, and employee queries as required.

 

Employee Stock Program Administration

Key Responsibilities:

Equity Program Administration

  • Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
  • Ensure accurate employee eligibility tracking and stock allocation.

Employee Data & Equity Records

  • Reconcile employee contributions towards equity with payroll and applicable systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy during enrollment, suspensions, withdrawals, and stock allocations.

 

Employee Support & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to stock plans.
  • Educate employees on stock program structure, timelines, and processes.

 

Finance, Legal & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate with Finance teams for accounting and reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure program alignment with applicable taxation requirements.

 

Vendor Platform Management

  • Liaise with stock administration platforms and ensure smooth program execution.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and associated processes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
