Job Description:

JD: Business Development Manager – B2B Sales
Location: Lucknow/Dehradun
Department: Sales / Business Development
Experience: 3–8 years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) to drive new business growth and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Track and report sales metrics and performance using CRM tools.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

3–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
