- Handle customer inquiries, order bookings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer database.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Candidates with field sales, FMCG, or distribution experience preferred.
