Job Description:
A Cement Plant Manager directs all daily operations of a cement manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient production, strict quality control, and environmental compliance. They oversee production, maintenance, and staff performance to meet targets, managing budgets and optimizing the entire manufacturing process. Key qualifications include engineering experience, technical knowledge of cement chemistry, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including raw material handling, clinker production, grinding, packing, and dispatch.
- Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and standards to prevent industrial accidents.
- Production & Efficiency: Meet production targets while optimizing plant performance and reducing waste.
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure high machinery uptime and reliability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product complies with industry standards and quality norms.
- Budget & Administration: Manage operational budgets, cost control, and financial planning.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the plant meets environmental and safety regulations.
