Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Drive sales across Central and State Government departments, Ministries, Defense, and PSUs.
- Independently manage tenders, RFPs, bids, and procurement processes.
- Maintain strategic relationships with government officials, consultants, and partners.
- Generate new business through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and business development.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
 
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Government/PSU Sales.
- In-depth understanding of government procurement and tendering procedures.
- Proven experience working with Ministries, Municipal Corporations, and Defense departments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
