HR Executive (Sourcing & Scheduling)
Job Description:
Job Summary:
The company is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling. The role requires excellent communication, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to manage hiring activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other hiring channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
• Assist in closing positions within defined timelines
• Support other recruitment and HR activities as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition/HR coordination
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and interview scheduling
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Experience in bulk hiring or corporate hiring will be an added advantage
