Job Description:
Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CFO and AVP - IPO & IR &. The role requires exceptional coordination skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

  • Manage and prioritise calendars for the CFO & AVP – IPO & IR, ensuring effective time management.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, calls, and appointments across time zones.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action trackers.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate seamless communication across leadership teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Draft and review emails, reports, and communication on behalf.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and investor discussions.

3. Travel & Logistics Management

  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure smooth execution of travel plans with contingency readiness.

4. MIS & Data Management

  • Track key business metrics, dashboards, and action items for leadership reviews.
  • Maintain organised records, documents, and confidential files.
  • Support the preparation of financial and operational reports in coordination with teams.

5. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Track progress of key strategic initiatives and follow up with stakeholders on deliverables.
  • Ensure timely closure of action items from leadership reviews.
  • Support cross-functional projects requiring executive oversight.

6. Confidentiality & Governance

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and governance frameworks.
