Job Description:

• Hands-on experience in web application development using Asp.net MVC, C#, Entity framework, LINQ, SQL Server, WCF / Web API & Unit testing, TDD
• Good Experience on Design Patterns and principles
• Good Requirement analysis Skills & Design experience
• Good Experience on JavaScript, CSS and HTML
• Good Experience in Agile methodologies
• A logical mind that enjoys using technical know-how to problem solve
• Natural self-motivation with a passion for delivering excellence
• Great communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
• Curiosity with an ongoing desire to develop and learn
• Responsibilities:
• Delivering high quality work meeting client expectations
• High Degree of initiative, motivation and willingness to work as a team player 
• Accountable and responsible for the project plan definition and successful management of technology delivery projects; project overall timeline/cost for a project based on provided effort estimates, available budget and resources
• Should have grown from Technical roles to manage a team of 5-10 people.
• Ability to dive into technical aspects like Requirement, design, estimation
• Very good in SDLC processes- including Agile, Scrum etc.
• Excellent Communication skills. Proven track record of managing offshore team
• Good Problem solving, Analytical skills
• Very good people management skills
• Fast learner and ability to take stretch objectives
