Job Description:
A Social Media Executive manages and elevates a brand’s online presence. They create captivating content, execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), monitor user engagement, and track performance metrics to drive brand awareness and audience growth. Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Write, edit, and optimize engaging short-form copy, images, and videos tailored to specific platform algorithms. Plan content calendars ahead of time.
- Community Management: Monitor direct messages (DMs), comments, and brand mentions. Build a loyal community by responding to queries and customer sentiment.
- Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement rate, and conversions. Use social media analytics tools to adjust and optimize future campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of viral trends, hashtags, and industry news to ensure the brand remains relevant and visible. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
- Copywriting & Design: Strong written communication skills and a good eye for visual design. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is a major plus.
- Platform Expertise: A deep understanding of how different social networks function and how to optimize content for each.
- Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with native platform analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics) and third-party scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
