Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage daily front office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth workplace functioning. The role involves handling visitors, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day front desk and office operations
• Provide administrative support to employees and management
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
• Assist in basic bookkeeping and documentation tasks
• Support onboarding of new employees
• Help organize company events and internal activities
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred)
• Prior experience in office administration or front desk roles is an added advantage
