Job Description:
A telecaller drives sales and resolves customer queries over the phone. They reach out to prospects to pitch products, answer inbound support calls, and schedule follow-ups. Ideal candidates possess excellent verbal communication, persuasion skills, and resilience. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Make outbound calls to prospects using approved scripts to promote products/services and close sales.
- Customer Support: Answer inbound calls to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information.
- Database Management: Update and maintain contact information, call statuses, and conversation notes in the CRM system.
- Follow-ups: Track leads and consistently follow up with potential clients to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay market demands to the appropriate company divisions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Core Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. (Bachelor’s degrees may be preferred for B2B or technical roles).
