Job Description:
A real estate pantry boy manages daily office operations and client hospitality. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving refreshments, maintaining strict pantry hygiene, managing inventory, and assisting with basic administrative tasks like organizing files and delivering documents between departments. Core Responsibilities
- Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, guests, and prospective real estate clients. Set up and clear meeting rooms before and after client visits.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize the pantry, wash utensils, and ensure waste bins are emptied regularly according to health standards.
- Inventory Management: Track pantry consumables (tea, coffee, sugar, water bottles) and alert management when stock runs low.
