- Generate and manage business opportunities through field visits, references, and market networking.
- Promote solar power systems, panels, inverters, and renewable energy solutions to customers.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients for project and product sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical and financial benefits of solar solutions.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales reports, lead pipeline, and business development records.
- Support junior sales team members and contribute to market expansion strategies.
- Candidates with experience in solar, electrical products, or industrial sales preferred.
