Job Description:

Job Title: Enterprise CSR Sales Manager (Hunting & Farming)

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic Enterprise CSR Sales Manager to drive corporate partnerships and revenue growth for our social impact and ESG solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for both Hunting (acquiring high-value enterprise logos) and Farming (expanding and retaining existing corporate accounts).

The ideal candidate possesses an extensive network of C-level relationships (CSOs, CHROs, CEOs, and Corporate Foundation Heads) and a proven track record in fundraising, corporate sponsorships, or enterprise SaaS sales. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping major corporations align their commercial strategies with measurable social and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. New Business Acquisition (Hunting)
  • Enterprise Logo Acquisition: Target, pitch, and close new Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts to expand our corporate portfolio.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Navigate complex corporate hierarchies to build direct relationships with C-level executives, ESG steering committees, and corporate foundation boards.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand a prospect's sustainability and philanthropic goals, tailoring sophisticated, high-value proposals that match their mandate.
  1. Account Management & Growth (Farming)
  • Portfolio Expansion: Own the post-sale relationship with major enterprise clients, identifying opportunities to upsell additional modules, expand services to new geographies, or increase recurring grant/program funding.
  • Retention & Renewals: Drive high retention rates by ensuring corporate partners see clear, measurable ROI and social impact from their investments.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as an ongoing ESG/CSR consultant to clients, keeping them engaged with impact reports, compliance updates, and marketing-friendly storytelling data.
  1. Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships
  • Capital & Grant Mobilization: Secure large-scale corporate donations, CSR funds, and strategic sponsorships for social impact programs.
  • Consortium Building: Convene multiple enterprise stakeholders or public-private partnerships to fund large-scale, multi-million-dollar community or environmental initiatives.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Product & Impact Alignment: Partner with internal Impact Assessment and Product teams to ensure client feedback shapes the future of our offerings.
  • Marketing & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with marketing to execute C-level roundtables, webinars, and thought-leadership content that positions the company at the forefront of the CSR space.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6–12 years of total experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to enterprise business development, corporate fundraising, or selling ESG/CSR technology and services.
  • Proven Track Record: A documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar quotas and securing recognizable enterprise logos.
  • C-Level Network: Existing, referenceable relationships with Chief Sustainability Officers (CSOs), Chief HR Officers (CHROs), Procurement Heads, or Corporate Foundation leadership.
  • Hybrid Sales Expertise: Demonstrated capability in managing the entire sales lifecycle—from cold outreach and hunting to long-term relationship cultivation and farming.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with global ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, BRSR), corporate compliance regulations, and modern corporate philanthropy trends.
  • Communication: Exceptional boardroom-level presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Net New ARR / Funding Raised: Total revenue secured from newly acquired enterprise logos and corporate funds.
  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Percentage of revenue retained and expanded within the existing client base.
  • Sales Pipeline Velocity: Efficiency in moving complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through the pipeline.
  • Average Contract Value (ACV): Success in maintaining or increasing the financial scale of corporate partnerships.
