Job Description:

🚨 Hiring Alert – Accounts & Finance Professional 🚨

📍 Locations:
• Mumbai – 1 Position
• Pune – 1 Position

🗓 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

💰 Compensation:
Budget can be extended based on candidate’s experience and current CTC.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage books of accounts in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory regulations
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis
• Monitor vendor payments and customer collections
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies

🎓 Qualifications:
• CA Inter with minimum 2+ years of experience
OR
• MBA Finance / M.Com with minimum 5+ years of experience

✅ Preferred Skills:
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
• Good analytical and communication skills
