We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our digital marketing and business development efforts. The role involves identifying, attracting, and converting potential leads through various online channels to drive business growth.

## Roles & Responsibilities

* Generate qualified leads through digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, email campaigns, and social media
* Execute outbound lead generation activities, including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and calling if required
* Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to drive lead acquisition
* Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
* Qualify leads based on defined criteria and coordinate with the sales team
* Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance
* Optimize outreach and campaigns for better conversion rates
* Research potential clients, industries, competitors, and market trends

## Skills & Requirements

* 2–4 years of experience in Lead Generation or Digital Marketing
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and online lead generation tools
* Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
* Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Analytical and data-driven mindset
* Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
