Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description:
We are a leading manufacturer of Industrial LED Lighting Solutions, looking for energetic, result-oriented Sales Professionals to drive revenue and expand our footprint in Pune and the surrounding industrial belts.
You will be the face of our brand, dealing directly with decision-makers to provide energy-efficient, high-performance lighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively generate new business leads and identify prospective industrial clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Client Engagement: Meet with key stakeholders, understand their lighting requirements, and promote our industrial LED product portfolio.
- Technical Sales & Proposals: Prepare and present detailed quotations, techno-commercial offers, and follow up proactively on inquiries.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and expand our market share.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby regions
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Qualification: Any Graduate, Engineering background should be preferred
Experience: 2 to 5 Years Experience in Industrial/Electrical/Lighting industry preferred
Salary: ₹ 5 Lacs to ₹ 7 Lacs
