Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Promote company products and services to generate sales opportunities.
- Execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and activity updates.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media channels for lead generation and branding initiatives.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business development objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Age: 21 years and above.
