Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieving Regional Sales Revenue Targets through assigned team and at an Individual Contributor level.
  2. Conducting Relationship-Building Meetings with Architects, Consultants, and stakeholders dealing in HVAC Products.
  3. Securing Brand Approvals, managing Vendor Registration Documentation, and coordinating with the Operations Department.
  4. Supporting the sales team throughout the Sales Cycle from Lead Generation, Inquiry Management, Proposal Submission, and Deal Closure.
  5. Coordinating with Head Office for Equipment Sizing, Technical Evaluation, and Cost Estimation.
  6. Coordinating for Quotation Preparation and GA (General Arrangement) Drawings.
  7. Managing Commercial Negotiations involving Pricing, Credit Terms, Delivery Schedules, and Technical Specifications.
  8. Driving Sales Finalization, obtaining Purchase Orders (POs), and ensuring receipt of Advance Payments.
  9. Monitoring team performance through Lead Generation, Google Search Prospecting, Telecalling, Pipeline Management, and Sales Follow-ups.
  10. Generating business through IndiaMART Leads, Online Marketplaces, and Digital Sales Channels.
  11. Following up for C-Forms, Outstanding Receivables, and Payment Collections.
  12. Representing the company at Trade Exhibitions, Industry Events, and Product Demonstrations.
  13. Maintaining strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with existing clients.
  14. Coordinating with Production, Assembly, and cross-functional teams for order execution.
  15. Ensuring timely Payment Collection before due dates.
  16. Coordinating with Finance & Accounts for Payment Clearance and Receivable Management.
  17. Preparing Invoices, managing Order Processing, and coordinating Logistics Dispatch.
  18. Tracking Dispatch Status and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.
  19. Managing Customer Satisfaction, Complaint Resolution, and After-Sales Service Coordination.
  20. Ensuring achievement of all KRAs (Key Result Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  21. Maintaining MIS Reports, ERP Data Entry, Sales Pipeline Reports, and Sales Performance Dashboards.
  22. Executing additional assignments as directed by Management.

Educational Qualification

  • BE Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 3–4 Years of Field Sales Experience
  • Experience in Industrial Product Sales
  • Experience in AHU (Air Handling Unit) Manufacturing Industry preferred
  • Exposure to HVAC Systems, MEP Projects, Industrial Equipment Sales, or Technical Sales will be an advantage.
