Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound inquiries from prospective customers. The candidate will be responsible for providing project information, understanding customer requirements, sharing brochures and project details, and coordinating with the sales team for further follow-up.

 

  • Handle inbound calls from customers interested in company projects.
  • Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, amenities, and location.
  • Understand customer requirements and maintain proper records of inquiries.
  • Share project brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives.
  • Maintain customer data and update CRM/MIS records regularly.
  • Follow up with interested customers to ensure engagement.
  • Address basic customer queries professionally and promptly.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred).
  • Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable handling inbound customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and data management.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and qualify leads effectively.
  • Good coordination and scheduling skills for arranging site visits and sales meetings.
  • Professional, positive, and customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
