Business Development Executive (IT Sales)
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to drive outbound business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying target accounts, generating qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role requires strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in B2B enterprise sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
• Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers across industries.
• Build and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target account lists.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery/demo meetings for the sales team.
• Create personalised outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead and pipeline information.
• Track outreach performance and optimize conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
• Assist in content creation for outreach campaigns and thought leadership activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and prospecting strategies.
Working Details:
9-hour work schedule, including lunch and tea breaks.
5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
The last Saturday of every month will be a working day.
Employees are expected to adhere to the prescribed working hours and attendance policies.
Preferred:
• Exposure to technology, SaaS, AI, AR/VR, XR, or digital transformation solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and prospecting tools.
