  • SAP Pricing – Coordination between Sales Team, Depot, HO and SAP Teams
  • SKU availability & gap analysis
  • SKU updation of MRP, Case Lot, EAN, Description, etc.
  • Travel to areas
  • Coordination between Wipro HO, Client HO, Wipro Sales Team and Marketing
  • Maintenance of Offtake & Fill Rate database
  • Tracking promo efficiency
  • NPI tracking
  • Omni Channel – Online availability of SKU, Images, A+ Image, Pricing, etc.
  • O/s tracking and resolution
  • Claim submission – Analysis, proof of various claims, back margin and follow-up
