Role Overview
We are looking for a Pharma Export Manager to drive business expansion across Asia, ROW, Africa, Middle East, CIS, and LATAM markets. The role will focus on developing export business, onboarding and managing distributors, and growing revenues in unregulated as well as semi-regulated pharma markets. This is a commercial role and does not include regulatory filings or dossier management.
Key Responsibilities
•Drive pharma export sales and achieve revenue targets across Asia, ROW, and LATAM markets.
•Identify, onboard, and manage dealers/distributors and build strong channel partnerships.
•Lead business development for unregulated and semi-regulated pharma markets.
•Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and distributor agreements.
•Expand market presence across key therapy segments such as IVF & Gynaecology, Vaccines, Oncology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, and Generics.
•Assess country-level opportunities, competitor activity, pricing trends, and market potential.
•Coordinate with internal teams on supply planning, pricing, and execution.
Key Requirements
•6 to 10 years of pharma export experience in international markets.
•Strong exposure to unregulated and semi-regulated markets across Asia, ROW, Africa, Middle East, CIS, or LATAM.
•Hands-on experience in dealer/distributor-led export business models.
•Proven track record in international business development and market expansion.
•Strong commercial negotiation, partner management, and channel sales skills.
•Good understanding of multi-therapy pharma portfolios and export business dynamics.
