Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Job Description
Overview-
You help grow a SaaS product from early adoption to repeatable revenue. You know how to connect problems with solutions, run a tight sales process, and close deals without corporate guardrails.

What You’ll Do
• Own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market customers: outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing.
• Build a predictable pipeline using outbound, inbound follow-up, and creative prospecting.
• Understand customer workflows and clearly explain how the product solves pain points.
• Adapt demos on the fly to match use cases across industries.
• Work closely with founders to refine pricing, packaging, and messaging.
• Capture and share customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
• Build lightweight processes: email sequences, call scripts, demo decks, objection handling docs.
• Support onboarding and early customer success to ensure fast time-to-value.
• Track key metrics—pipeline health, win rates, cycle times—and recommend improvements.

What You Bring
• Experience selling SaaS products (ideally at an early-stage company).
• Strong communication and solution-selling skills.
• Comfort with quick learning cycles, product changes, and shifting priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple deals with different timelines.
• A proactive, persistent mindset—comfortable operating without a big brand behind you.
• Basic understanding of common SaaS concepts (subscriptions, ARR/MRR, churn, onboarding, integrations).

Nice-to-Have
• Experience selling into specific verticals (Ops, Customer Experience and IT)
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategy and how to convert free users to paid.
• Experience using or setting up CRM workflows (Zoho or similar).
• Ability to create content or collateral that supports sales (case studies, email sequences).
