Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic SaaS Marketing Lead to own and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on digital marketing expertise with leadership capabilities and is excited to build and execute marketing strategies that directly impact pipeline growth and revenue.
You will work closely with the Vice President to develop and execute marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, optimize campaign performance, and eventually lead and grow the marketing team.
This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and inspire a team to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Create and implement marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Demand Generation & Lead Generation
- Drive qualified lead generation through paid and organic channels.
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Develop and execute email marketing and nurture campaigns.
- Improve conversion rates across landing pages, campaigns, and marketing funnels.
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs including CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.
Content & Campaign Management
- Oversee content strategy across social media, email marketing, website, blogs, webinars, and product campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling marketing assets.
- Support product launches, feature announcements, and customer engagement initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
- Set goals, priorities, and performance expectations for team members.
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in hiring and team-building initiatives as the department grows.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the VP and leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of overall experience in Marketing, with at least 5+ years in SaaS, B2B Technology, CRM, or Software Product Marketing.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing marketing teams.
- Proven experience developing and executing growth, demand generation, and lead acquisition strategies.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Funnel Optimization.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and driving measurable business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience working directly with senior executives, founders, or VP-level leadership.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing SaaS products in the Real Estate, CRM, PropTech, or B2B technology space.
- Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple locations.
Work Type - Remote
Work Timings - 10 AM to 6 PM EST
