Job Description:
A Sales and Marketing CRM Manager in the corrugation industry drives B2B revenue and customer retention. They identify leads, manage key accounts, and utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines and coordinate delivery schedules. Their work bridges the gap between production and client satisfaction. 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Sales & Business Development
  • Lead Generation: Identify and secure new B2B clients across various industries requiring corrugated packaging solutions (e.g., FMCG, e-commerce, agriculture, automotive). 
  • Sales Targets: Define and achieve monthly/annual volume and revenue targets (e.g., carton tonnage/sales value). 
  • Negotiation & Pricing: Conduct commercial negotiations, prepare pricing strategies based on raw materials (Kraft paper), and finalize quotations. 
Customer Relationship & CRM Management
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the customer database, tracking the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to post-delivery satisfaction.
  • Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with key accounts, manage client inquiries, and resolve service escalations (such as delivery delays or quality issues).
  • Sales Analytics: Use CRM and ERP data to forecast demand, analyze customer buying patterns, and measure marketing ROI.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor pricing, and new market opportunities.
  • Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and targeted email campaigns for specialized packaging products (e.g., heavy-duty boxes, die-cut cartons).
  • Networking: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to boost brand visibility. 
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Production Alignment: Coordinate closely with the corrugation plant, quality control (QC), and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • ERP Integration: Maintain seamless communication between the CRM system and manufacturing ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to update clients on order status and stock availability.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or Packaging Technology.
  • Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven B2B sales and CRM experience, specifically within the corrugated box, paper, or industrial packaging industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
