Position Reports To: Director- Laboratory and Bioprocess Sales, APAC
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell Foxx Life Sciences laboratory and bioprocess products by actively visiting customers within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This position is ideal for early-career professionals with strong communication skills, a passion for life sciences, and an eagerness to grow in technical sales.
The Sales Executive will work closely with distributors, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, market penetration, and sustainable revenue growth.
Essential Job Functions:
- Visit customers regularly to promote and sell Foxx Life Sciences laboratory and bioprocess products
- Identify and develop new customers in academic, pharmaceutical, biotech, biomedical, and industrial research environments
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Present product features, benefits, and technical value propositions through in-person meetings and demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and close sales orders
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to ensure timely conversion
- Maintain accurate customer data, visit reports, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support, inside sales, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution
- Support channel partners and distributors to drive regional sales growth
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and technical events
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Basic understanding of laboratory, bioprocess, or life sciences products (training will be provided)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education & Experience Required:
- Master’s degree or MBA or Engineering (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Engineering, or related field preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, scientific sales, or a customer-facing role
- Fresh graduates with strong aptitude and interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply
