B2B Sales Executive, POS
Job Description:
Role Summary
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and converting business opportunities for the iTips platform by engaging with Security Agencies, Restaurants, Skilled/Unskilled Worker Agencies, and Salons & Spas. The role focuses on consultative selling, product demonstrations, relationship management, and revenue generation through successful deal closures.
KRA: Task / Activities
Sales Conversion & Deal Closure
- Identify and source decision-makers through LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospects across target industries.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer challenges and position iTips solutions effectively.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and onboarding schedules.
- Close sales and ensure agreement signing and payment collection.
Product Demonstration & Consultative Selling
- Conduct live demonstrations of the iTips platform.
- Explain QR code setup, dashboard usage, feedback systems, and rewards tracking.
- Customize presentations according to industry-specific requirements.
- Handle objections and provide suitable solutions.
Relationship Building & Account Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
- Support onboarding and implementation processes.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and testimonials.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Monthly revenue target achievement.
- Number of new client acquisitions.
- Conversion ratio from qualified leads to customers.
- Number of client meetings and product demonstrations conducted.
- Customer retention and upselling performance.
