We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Projects) to drive project sales and specification business across Bangalore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project sales, institutional business development, and managing relationships with architects, consultants, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and map upcoming commercial, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and institutional projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
    • Architects
    • Interior Designers
    • PMC Consultants
    • MEP Consultants
    • Contractors
    • Corporate & Institutional Clients
  • Drive specification-based sales from project inception to order closure.
  • Generate new business opportunities through project mapping and market intelligence.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including:
    • Lead Generation
    • Proposal Submission
    • Follow-ups
    • Negotiation
    • Order Closure
    • Payment Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain CRM updates, project pipeline reports, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in:
    • Project Sales
    • Institutional Sales
    • Business Development
    • Specification Sales
  • Hands-on experience in handling:

    • MEP Consultants
    • Corporate Clients
