Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 SAP SD production support and resolve complex functional issues.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Handle SAP SD change requests, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Configure and support SAP SD modules including:
- Sales Order Management
- Delivery Processing
- Billing
- Pricing
- Customer & Material Master Data
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Configure pricing procedures, condition techniques, output determination, and copy controls.
- Support delivery, picking, packing, shipment, and billing processes.
- Handle SAP SD integration issues with MM, FI, and LE modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.
- Perform testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and regression testing.
- Support business users and provide training/documentation when required.
- Manage priority incidents within defined SLA timelines.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP SD Configuration and Support.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SD L3 production support.
- Good knowledge of:
- Sales Documents
- Item Categories
- Schedule Line Categories
- Pricing Procedures
- Output Determination
- Billing Types
- Copy Control
- Credit Management
- Experience with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA SD.
- Good understanding of SD integration with:
- SAP MM
- SAP FI
- SAP LE
- Experience with ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
