Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Growth Lead / GTM Lead to drive the company's market entry and expansion across the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. This is a senior, high-ownership role at the intersection of business development, marketing strategy, and sales execution. You will build the company's pipeline from the ground up in these markets, establish key partnerships, and own the full go-to-market motion—from brand positioning to deal closure.

This role is ideal for someone who has sold B2B professional services, consulting, or technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise buyers in Western markets and understands the nuances of building trust-led relationships across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies tailored for the US, UK, and Germany markets, accounting for regional buyer behaviour, competitive landscape, and cultural nuances.
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), value propositions, and messaging frameworks for each market.
  • Identify the most effective channels—outbound, partnerships, events, and digital—and build a scalable playbook.

Pipeline & Revenue Generation

  • Own and drive outbound prospecting by identifying target companies (mid-market to enterprise) and decision-makers (C-suite, VP Engineering, VP Operations, CFOs), considering offshoring or setting up GCCs.
  • Build and manage a healthy, qualified pipeline across all three markets using CRM tools.
  • Lead discovery calls, capability presentations, and proposal conversations through to closure.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets.

Partnerships & Alliances

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with law firms, HR/staffing firms, real estate partners, accounting firms, and consulting networks in target markets.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, GCC summits, and trade conferences across the US, UK, and Germany.

Marketing & Brand Building

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop thought leadership content, case studies, and market-specific collateral.
  • Run targeted LinkedIn, email, and event-driven campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Build the company's brand awareness among CFOs, COOs, and technology leaders in target markets.

Market Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor trends in GCC adoption, offshoring regulations, and competitor activity across target geographies.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on market opportunities, pricing benchmarks, and competitive positioning.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or GTM roles—preferably in consulting, professional services, staffing, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling to or developing relationships with buyers in the US and/or UK markets; Germany experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC, offshoring, or shared services ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience closing deals independently—from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to align with US, UK, and Germany time zones.

Good to Have

  • Existing network or relationships within the GCC/offshoring ecosystem or in relevant verticals (Technology, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Prior exposure to working in or with a startup or boutique advisory firm.
  • German language skills are an added advantage for the Germany market.
  • MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.
