Business Development Manager – Strategic Accounts & Luxury Partnerships
Mumbai | Full-Time | Senior Individual Contributor
A luxury floral/lifestyle studio is hiring a BD Manager to drive B2B and institutional revenue across corporate gifting, five-star hotel partnerships, and luxury brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end B2B sales cycle — outreach to onboarding
- Build relationships with Admin Heads, HR Directors, Procurement Leads, GMs
- Develop hotel partnerships (lobby subscriptions, F&B decor, banquet florals)
- Drive recurring corporate gifting & subscription revenue
- Forge alliances with luxury brands, wedding planners, interior designers
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account reporting
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years in B2B sales / business development / key account management
- Experience in hospitality, luxury services, premium gifting, events, or lifestyle brands
- Polished presentation, strong negotiation & communication skills
- Comfortable with field meetings across Mumbai
Work Details:
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday (6 days)
- Timing: Flexible, 9 hours within 9 AM–7 PM
- Office Location - Lower Parel , Mumbai 400013.
- Work Mode: Field + Office (70–80% field — client meetings; 20–30% office)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed: ₹5–8 LPA + uncapped performance incentive
