About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and career-oriented Business Development Executive to support our Sales and Marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's LinkedIn Presence.
• Send Connection Requests and Outreach Messages to potential clients.
• Conduct Prospect Research and build Lead Lists.
• Update and maintain CRM Software and Sales Records.
• Schedule Client Meetings and Discovery Calls with interested prospects.
• Assist with Follow-ups, Sales Coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Support the team with day-to-day Business Development Activities.
• Maintain accurate Lead Database and Pipeline Updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good Written Communication and basic Spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Email Communication.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn is an added advantage.
• Quick Learner with a Positive Attitude.
• Strong Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, and Time Management.
• Willingness to learn, take Ownership, and work in a Team Environment.
