Assistant Sales Manager – Designer Villas

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join a growing business team. In this role, you will drive the sales of premium villas and luxury farmhouse design & build projects across Bengaluru and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market, a target-driven approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and networking.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment goals to recommend suitable villa or plot projects.
Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Stay updated on market trends, infrastructure developments, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium villas, farmhouses, gated communities, or land/plot sales.
Good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in cold calling and objection handling.
Valid driving license and personal vehicle for site visits.
