Junior Architect

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Architect / Junior Architect to join our growing architectural team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing residential architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on premium villas, farmhouses, and residential developments from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
Develop GFCs (Good for Construction) drawings, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare design details, material specifications, and BOQs as required.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, standards, and project specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to achieve project objectives.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
1–2 years of experience in an architectural firm (Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply).
Strong understanding of architectural planning, detailing, and residential design.
Experience in preparing GFCs, working drawings, and construction documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and AI-based design tools.
Good knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and design standards.
Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experience in designing or executing residential villas and farmhouses will be an added advantage.
