Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Engineer – Civil to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth project execution at site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential construction, site supervision, quality control, labour management, and project coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Interpret and execute construction as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Manage site labour, material requirements, and equipment effectively.
Ensure construction quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or snags.
Prepare daily progress reports and update senior management on project status.
Monitor material consumption and maintain proper site documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction best practices.
Resolve on-site technical issues and support project execution teams.
Stay at the site accommodation and manage daily site operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in site execution and civil construction.
Strong knowledge of residential construction and site supervision.
Experience in project planning, labour management, and material management.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
Ability to identify site issues and recommend corrective actions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Construction safety certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in residential villa or independent house construction.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good organisational and reporting abilities.
Willingness to stay at the project site.
