Job Title/ Designation     : Purchase Executive

Experience in years         : 2–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor coordination, or back-office purchase operations. 

Job Location                     : Mumbai (Andheri East)

Salary Range                    : 30K-35 K per month in hand

Qualification                     : Graduate (B.Com preferred) or Diploma in Material Management

Gender                                : Male

Experience in                    : SAP & creating POs 

Good communication is a must. 

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

• Assisting in the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Managing, following up and coordinating with vendors (new vendors as well) for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintaining and updating supplier databases and price lists.
• Work on existing vendor contracts and new contracts
• Coordinating with the warehouse team to verify received goods (GRN process).
• Assisting in the evaluation of quotations and vendor performance.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet procurement deadlines.
• Manage indirect procurement, like IT equipment, admin consumables etc.
• Track market trends about vendors and pricing fluctuations to assist reporting senior
• Coordinate with warehouse for optimal inventory levels

Skill Required

1. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
2. Working knowledge of ERP software (like SAP, Tally, or Oracle).
3. Familiarity with GST norms and purchase documentation (PO, GRN).
