Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our furniture manufacturing and retail division. You will act as the face of our brand, guiding clients through our product offerings, communicating the value of our manufacturing quality, and ensuring a seamless buying experience from selection to delivery. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Consultation: Welcome walk-in clients, architects, or interior designers, understand their space requirements, and recommend suitable furniture solutions. 
  • Product Expertise: Provide detailed information regarding wood/metal types, finishes, fabrics, and custom manufacturing capabilities. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Generate quotations, process orders, and follow up with prospective clients to close deals and meet monthly sales targets. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the manufacturing, production, and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are built to spec and delivered on schedule. 
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom floor is clean, organized, and merchandise is displayed in an appealing, lifestyle-oriented manner. 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, modular kitchens, interior products, or building materials. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi, English, and Chhattisgarhi are highly advantageous for local clients). 
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, convincing capabilities, and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, and CRM). 
  • Attributes: Proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable standing for extended periods on the showroom floor.
