Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Prepare project schedules and execution plans.
• Coordinate project activities with internal teams and customers.
• Understand technical specifications and project requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and project planning.

Design & Engineering Support

• Support design engineers in preparing engineering drawings.
• Review engineering designs and obtain customer approvals.
• Provide technical assistance during project execution.

Project Execution

• Supervise manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure projects are completed according to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project milestones and timelines.
• Manage project modifications and engineering changes.

Client Coordination

• Act as the primary contact for project-related communication.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare regular project progress reports.

Cost & Budget Management

• Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Prepare project cost estimates.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure effective utilization of project resources.

Documentation

• Maintain engineering documentation.
• Prepare project reports and technical records.
• Maintain drawings, approvals, contracts, inspection reports, and project files.

Commissioning & Handover

• Support testing and commissioning of cranes and hoists.
• Coordinate load testing and certification.
• Complete client handover documentation.
• Provide customer training after project completion.
