Responsibilities Preparing a list of bought-out items and float enquiries to approved suppliers, manufacturers & sub-contractors to obtain quotation. Technical & Cost evaluation of quotations with Tender specification and prepare a Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product. Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies. Preparing all the related documents (Covering letter, Deviations, etc.) to submit the tender in prescribed format.
