- End-to-end Payroll Processing
- Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Labour Law Compliance & Documentation
- Payroll MIS & Reporting
- HRMS and Payroll Systems
- HR Professional with strong expertise in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Supporting managers with light people challenges before they are escalated to the HR manager
- Managing communications across the organization
- Reviewing and approving budgets
