SENIOR EXECUTIVE or ASSISTNAT MANAGER FINANCE

Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Finance professional to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and performance analysis. The role is responsible for delivering meaningful financial insights,
monitoring business performance, and providing accurate reporting and decision support to drive strategic and operational business objectives.
The Job:

• Responsible to manage the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Responsible for performing variance analysis including Volume, Price, Mix, and Efficiency variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage standard costing, manufacturing cost analysis, overhead control, and inventory valuation to enhance cost efficiency and profitability.
• Support working capital management, investment appraisal activities, and financial statement analysis to improve business performance.
• Responsible to prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and management presentations using ERP data to support business reviews and decision-making.

The Person Essential:

• Should possess strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis, Costing, and Business Finance with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful business insights.
• CA / CMA Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in FP&A, Costing, Management Accounting, or Business Finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SAP ERP; knowledge of Power BI and dashboard reporting will be an added advantage.
