SENIOR EXECUTIVE FINISHING

Job Description:

We are looking for a Textile Processing professional to manage the end-to-end Finishing operations.
The Job:

• Responsible for achieving the daily production targets as per the loading plan.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all the technical parameter as the product quality
• standards is met during Production to meet the RFT. Responsible for managing the manpower as per the shift requirement and control the absenteeism and labour turnover.
• Responsible for coordinating with the cross functional teams to ensure there is Zero Production loss due to Machine Break down to achieve the OTD.
• Responsible to ensure all the required 5S & Health & Safety Practices are being strictly followed.
• Responsible for Improving the Technical competency of the production employees through up and re-skilling trainings.

The Person::

• Should have strong hands-on experience in end to end Technical & Functional Finishing operations.
• Possess a Graduation or a Post Graduation in Textile Processing / Textile Technology or related field Qualification.
• 4-8 years of experience in finishing department operations with solid technical knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in special finishing machines such as Stenter, Sueding, Brushing, and .
• Ability to manage shift operations, manpower, and production targets effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with effective interdepartmental coordination and communication skills.
