Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
* Manage end-to-end hiring across all locations.
* Source talent for manufacturing, engineering, operations, sales, and corporate roles.
* Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
HR Operations
* Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
* Implement and improve HR policies and SOPs.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
* Coordinate monthly payroll with Finance/payroll partners.
* Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, gratuity, and labour laws.
* Maintain statutory records and support audits and inspections.
Factory HR & Employee Relations
* Support manpower planning for factory operations.
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
* Work with department heads on workforce requirements and engagement.
Performance Management
* Drive goal setting and annual appraisal processes.
* Support training needs identification and succession planning.
Learning & Development
* Organize induction and key training programmes.
* Track training effectiveness and development needs.
HR Analytics
* Prepare monthly MIS on headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, training, engagement, and compliance.
Culture & Engagement
* Plan employee engagement, recognition, and celebration activities.
* Promote AGX values across all locations.
Desired Candidate Profile
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
* 8–12 years of HR experience.
* Experience in manufacturing and multi-location operations preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
* Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.

Reporting To - Managing Director / CEO
Compensation - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, with performance-linked incentives and growth opportunities.
Travel: Periodic travel to Mumbai and Faridabad
